What is your return policy?

We provide a complimentary returns service within 30 days from the date of delivery/receipt of your order. However, certain items are exempt from this policy.

Any products not eligible for return will be clearly indicated on the product pages and/or during checkout.

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

  1. The item(s) must be initiated for return and dispatched within 30 days from the delivery/receipt date of your order.
  2. The item(s) must not have been designated as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase, unless they are faulty.
  3. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.
  4. Prior to shipping, you are required to provide a photo of the item(s) so that we can evaluate their condition.

*Please be aware: If you request a refund for a bundle, the bundle pricing will no longer apply. The items you choose to keep will be priced at the current sale rate, and a refund will be issued for the remaining amount.

My products have been damaged during transit, what should I do?

In the event your goods have been damaged in transit, please email us at hello@tryclippee.com with a photo of the broken/damaged product.

I have made a mistake in my delivery details, what do I do?
