What is your return policy?

We provide a complimentary returns service within 30 days from the date of delivery/receipt of your order. However, certain items are exempt from this policy.
Any products not eligible for return will be clearly indicated on the product pages and/or during checkout.
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
- The item(s) must be initiated for return and dispatched within 30 days from the delivery/receipt date of your order.
- The item(s) must not have been designated as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase, unless they are faulty.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.
- Prior to shipping, you are required to provide a photo of the item(s) so that we can evaluate their condition.
*Please be aware: If you request a refund for a bundle, the bundle pricing will no longer apply. The items you choose to keep will be priced at the current sale rate, and a refund will be issued for the remaining amount.
My products have been damaged during transit, what should I do?
In the event your goods have been damaged in transit, please email us at hello@tryclippee.com with a photo of the broken/damaged product.
I have made a mistake in my delivery details, what do I do?
